Herry! Actaeon actually enjoys Herry's presence. At first he just didn't care, but then it sank in that Herry was just a big guy with a warm fuzzy heart. 83 WHY ELSE would he use Herry's shoulder as transportation almost all the time? Then again, he's constantly trying to TEACH Herry things, to make him just a little smarter than the average hick.

NEIL! Actii doesn't mind him, BELIEVE IT OR NOT. In fact, to Actaeon, his extreme vanity is almost immaterial. Doesn't even bother to pull an expression when the kid says something stupid. ALSO, Actii observes numerous times that Neil has more capacity (when it comes to wielding magic without dying from exhaustion) than any of the others. This is why he prefers possessing Neil above everyone else. He does, however, constantly chide the kid about being a flake. Actaeon lets a lot of negative aspects of Neil go simply because he assumes the kid's got a mental disability or something.

ODIE... He's okay with Odie. They've got a sort of mutual trust going. But he does get on Odie's case about talking people down now and again, and forces him to use "Simple words-- to talk for stupid." Actii's got a wide range of vocabulary, but he still knows it's common courtesy to use less detailed words. ... He also thinks Odie has OCD.

JAY. Jay and Actaeon get along for the most part. In the beginning, Actaeon practically HATES Jay for trying to butt in with his own problems, constantly insisting they should work together and stuff. Of course that's pretty much how he felt about all of them in the start. Now he and Jay share a collaborative vantage point where they pretty much have the chance to juggle strategies between two like minds.

Here's where it gets dizzying...

THERESA. He's...okay with Theresa. Kind of. He considers her to be too romantic and KNOWS she expects too much out of life. In fact he occasionally corners her when she gets wanting and gives her a good tongue-lashing about thinking "Teenagers are supposed to have fun". No, they aren't. Every person's life, even a God's, is unenjoyable to some degree, and she needs to get over her big giant wants for casual enjoyment. But a little fault of his is that he BLAMES Theresa for having "allowed" Lyssa to grow off her powers. Even though she didn't know of Lyssa one bit.

ATLANTA. This one's fun. He gets really angry at her, but only when she's yapping about conservation of plantlife and environment control and treating animals badly... There's one point where he just straight-out SNAPS and leaves because of her. Otherwise...they're okay with each other.

Archie...hates him. And he hates Archie. If there's anyone he argues with most, it's the drippy desperate guy with the purple hair and poor choice in clothing. He KNOWS everything that's wrong about Archie, and he won't let it go: That Arch is cynical, abrasive, flaky, ignorant, discriminates a LOT... And so he snaps at Archie. He snaps at him every time he makes a wrong move. ...Otherwise, they don't communicate.


And yes, Actaeon knows of his own faulty traits, and no matter how hard he tries he just can't improve. THAT'S why he wanted to fight Lyssa on his own in the first place: Being killed, brought back, forced to never pass on, and unable to have his own human body has made him seriously, SERIOUSLY cranky. And he can't help taking it out on others.

This morning I couldn't get a particular thought out of my head.

The thought of Herry bringing a girl he liked into his room and being all nervous about it... Then realising Actii was there watching, which would make him even more nervous.

"... I have to put my teddy outside."

"What? Why? It's a stuffed toy?"

"... I don't want him to watch!"
