Hmmmm...you're getting really good Andrea! ^_^ But just a small critique...I noticed that you have a habit of drawing the ear and jaw line too far back. Like in the profile sketch, you drew the ear almost at the back of the head when it should be situated in the middle of the head like it shows in the sample above the blank space.

I suggest if you don't already have them, perhaps get some How to Draw Manga books? You can learn a lot from them about proper anatomical proportions that will really help you improve! ^_^

When drawing profiles, you should start with a circle, then draw a line down the middle. That's where the ear and jawline starts.

I think everyone should draw their OCs with this thing. :)

This is also a good book I think you should look into getting as well

as well as this one

Start by learning to draw life...every thing you see around you. Once you have a good grasp of life drawing and know your proportions you be able to alter those proportions correctly and make them more believeable.
