Um...well...I think we should wait a bit for Emily and Brig, and then after that we take our oc's and get surfing. BD Of course, someone has to set the mood...as in.....go first. XD

*Waits as she eyes everyone on the forum, daring them each to volunteer for first*

Kurtis was RIGHT behind him, watching him fidget. He put his book down, staring at him as Solomon twisted about in dismay.
"You're not going through some sort of awkward seizure...am I right?" he asked with a worried tone as the lady next to him gave him a strange glance.
"We'll be their in a bit, just keep yourself occupied."

Spring Break was what Haileigh loved most about the school year. And seeing as this was her graduation year she wanted to make the most of it. The Titans had all decided to go to Cancun for their trip, and since Haileigh loved the warm weather so much she couldn't pass up the invite. Esepecially after she found out that Solomon was going along as well at the Gods request as a sort of but not quite chaperone.

After their secret encounter a few weeks before at the club they'd all gone to together, where she'd caught him unawares and led him to a dark corner to show him her own little brand of fun, she'd wanted to know how he had felt about the whole situation. Neither of them had brought up the subject in conversation since. But every time she saw him she could tell by the look in his eyes that he was trying to figure something out that had to do with it.

After they all had gathered together at the airport the group boarded their plane and were currently a couple hours into the flight. Haileigh was separated from the rest of the group, sitting about four rows in front of Solomon. She let out a bored sigh as she wished she had one of the others there to talk to. But there was nothing she could do, they all were seated having their own conversations. Letting out another sigh Haileigh pulled her book out of her bag, which sat in the empty seat next to her. She was rather glad she didn't have to sit next to some random person.

Allessa fidgeted in her seat as well. She had never really enjoyed flying, even if it was on one of the safest planes known at that time. She was seated next to the aisle, she didn't want to look out the window.
Herry, who was sitting beside her at the time, patted her arm, smiling. "We're almost there." Although he hated the feeling of flying almost as much as she did, he sat beside the window.
Allessa smiled back, nodding silently. "What are we going to do when we get there?" She questioned quietly.

"Attention all passengers, we will be landing in our destination shortly. Please stay in your seats until we have confirmed that the plane has landed safely. Thank you, and please enjoy your time in Cancun."
Kurtis smiled, flipping his book closed. He sighed, staring out the window to see they were tipping ever so slightly downward. He felt sick at the thought of hem crashing and pushed it out of his mind right away.
"So what do you suppose we'll do there?" he asked Solomon, who now fidgeted even more.
"I've never been to Cancun."

Harmony gave a sigh as she felt the plane begin its descent. She grasped the arm rests at either side, her knuckles becoming white. She shut her eyes tightly. "Nothing's going to happened," she whispered to herself.

Odie slowly awakened from his slumbers, and rubbed the sleep away from his eyes. He gave a yawn and a stretch before looking over at Harmony. "Hon, you okay?" He asked placing one arm around her, while bringing his seat to the upright position. He squeezed her shoulder gently.

"I...I....I...think I'm going to be sick," she groaned holding her stomach with one hand.

Odie had been prepared for this and had researched possible cures for motion sickness. He pulled out a pack of gum and handed her a single piece. Harmony hurriedly placed it in her mouth and placed her head on his shoulder. Meanwhile, Odie stroked her hair and watched as the ground came closer and closer.

"Please exit the plane in an orderly line and thank you for flying with us today."
Kurtis smiled, lifting up from his seat slowly. They all filed out of the jet quickly, eager to get out. He caught up to Solomon as they all went to receive their luggage.
"Better?" he giggled.

Haileigh, having been on planes a million times before while flying off on various family vacations, wasn't scared at all. In fact she loved flying. The fact that is scared Solomon amused her slightly, but only slightly. She came up behind Solomon as he said something about going home. She smiled and shook her head, he could be so neurotic at times, she actually found the trait to be quite adorable. She snuck up behind him quietly before jumping on his back piggy back style and laughed, wrapping her long dancers legs around his waist.

"Awww...come on Solly." she said in a sweet voice as she pressed her cheek against his from behind and wrapped her arms around him. "What did I tell you about letting loose and going with the flow and having FUN? That's what you're here to do...to have fun and forget about real life for a while." she continued as she giggled and ruffled his hair. "Don't make me force you to have fun...because you know I can." she murmured that last part in her ear softly so the others couldn't hear, referring to the special and secret encounter they'd had at a nightclub almost a month previous.

"AGH!" Solomon grunted in surprise when Haileigh jumped onto his back. She mussed his hair and said, "Don't make me force you to have fun...... because you know I can." Sol nearly winced at the memory but restrained himself; instead, he turned as Harmony and Odie approached them. "Hey guys, hope your flight was more enjoyable than mine. I know Odie's was." Harmony smiled. Odie added, "It's those darn gravol tablets. Knocked me right out."
Solomon shrugged- as best he could, anyway, with Haileigh on his back. "I don't like planes in general. Too much hassle." He felt Haileigh's hands all in his hair again and, laughing, he shouted, "you're messing it UP!"" and he spun her in circles until she jumped off of him.

Haileigh laughed a little and smiled, giving Solomon one more poke in the side before taking her luggage. She quickly made sure Harmony had everything she needed before returning to the others. "We don't need to take a cab." she said with a laugh as she pulled her bag over her shoulder. "There's a shuttle bus that runs between the airport and the hotel. It runs every half an hour. All we have to do is get on that."

Solomon ignored the sulking Warrior and instead focused on the scenes outside his own window. He had never traveled to different places much, besides when his family was moving around, and new places were fascinating to him, as stressful as travel was. It seemed so different from home. Or, his currrent home. He had never thought of anywhere specifically as his home- there had been too many of them.
"Hey," he turned to Haileigh. "Have you ever been here before? How many places have you BEEN?"

Harmony placed the large duffel bag over her shoulder and followed the others with Odie. She was now feeling reasonably better before getting on the shuttle and blew a bubble with her gum. Odie took a seat beside her and placed his bag on the floor. Soon after he pulled out his laptop and started busily typing, trying to find the best internet connection.

Harmony rolled her eyes and shut the laptop. "We're here on vacation Odie. You promised no laptops." She gave him a poke in the shoulder.

Odie groaned and slid the computer away. He slouched in his seat. He had promised not to use his laptop but it was proving harder than he had expected. He crossed his arms and looked out the window of the shuttle bus.

"Whoo!" Harmony raised her arms over her head.

Solomon ignored Harmony's outcry and nodded toward Haileigh, unsure of what to say. He was only slightly surprised. "I bet Africa was amazing," he said quietly, leaning his forehead against the window to cool his skin down. Everything passing by was a blur- he didn't bother to take in the views. He would have time for that when he could finally relax. Instead, he looked from the corners of his eyes at Haileigh, who was fidgeting. Her hair was down, golden and wavy, her pale blue eyes bright. Sol smiled slightly, wondering why just looking at her made him feel better.
It was so difficult trying to fight back to memory from the nightclub. that was never to happen again; he had to remind himself of this again and again. I may as well forget about it....
but it was impossible to get out of his head.

Harmony and Odie both walked off the bus. Harmony stifled the urge to drop her bag and lift herself into the air with her wings. Instead her hand shot for Odie's. He held hers for a bit before letting go and wrapping his arm around her waist. He kissed her cheek lightly.

"So, I guess I'll start checking us in," Odie suggested.

"Sounds boring. Why not let Jay do that?" Harmony laughed and crossed her arms over her chest.

"I need to stretch my legs anyways honey." He kissed her cheek one more time before heading for reception.

Harmony looked around, hoping someone would be interesting to talk to. Her eyes hesitated on Hailiegh.

Solomon swallowed. Hard. And followed Haileigh off of the bus, desperately trying to ignore the pugnant exhaust fumes. No. No no no no no no. No.
Even as he stepped off of the bus he had to work to push the memory to the back of his mind. The bright lights of the club, the steam, the dizzying drink and spinning room. The smell of her hair. And-
"Archiiiiiiiiieeeeeeee! what'choo doin?" Haileigh's voice carried over to him. Solomon sidestepped a rolling duffelbag and looked over to see Haileigh hop up onto Archie's back and wrap her long, lithe dancer's legs around his waist, just as she had done to Sol before. He felt a tightening in his chest as he watched her giggling, saying, "You gonna have lots of fun with me on this trip?" swallowing again, he ignored this tinge of something unfamiliar in the back of his throat- something sour- and went to help unload the bags.
Once he had slung his own duffelbag over his shoulder, he stepped into the air-conditioned hotel and joined the rest of the group at the reception desk. Solomon noticed Odie and Jay were still chatting with the receptionist and Haileigh was now giggling with Harmony, so he stepped forward to join Allessa, Kurtis, and the other titans.
